Decent property. Manager and staff is nice. I booked the room with the shared bathroom which I believe was only shared with one other room so it was ok. I will say we were there for 3 nights and cleaning was there to make up our room but I didn’t see them again and the bathroom could have probably used a clean up. No fresh towels were provided which isn’t a must but it is nice. The shower in the shared bathroom barely drains, I had to take my shower is small parts so it wouldn’t flood. Overall it was a decent experience and the air conditioning was amazing. Would probably stay there again for the price

Fantástico Space was large, comfortable, quiet.
But NO tv
Simone was very helpful and also ordered us a taxi for our departure. He carried two heavy suitcases upstairs when we arrived. He came to help us carry suitcases upon our departure but suitcases were downstairs already.

Service was efficient and friendly. The guest house is clean, quiet and has amazing fast wi-fi. Room was comfortable, new sheets and towels. Nothing fancy but absolutely fair for the price-point. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a precious commodity in Europe LOL About 15 minutes walking from Santa Maria Novella train station and 15 from the Basilica and major tourist attractions. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, that was the only downside.

The staff and Sogni were very kind. The location was far from the downtown. It says there is a bus stop near by but the bus system seemed unreliable.

Super clean, great location, staff lovely, room was always nice temperature. Only complaint is the pillow was super uncomfortable as it didn't bend or move at all and the mini fridges were never stocked so I had to drink bathroom tap water one night. Would definitely stay again
