The room did have air conditioning (I wasn’t sure). The loft bed was warm though, but there was a fan up there. The four flights of stairs were killer for me, but I knew we’d have to do that when I booked it and don’t regret because the location and room size, cleanliness and lovely staff made it worth it. Good practice for stairs during tours! I disliked the smell of the hand soap, but we discovered a cabinet behind the mirror in the bathroom and another soap there which was better on our last day. Location is amazing. Coin laundry not far from hotel (we preferred to wash our own rather than using laundry services). Highly recommend! (As long as you are on with stairs).

The staff were very accommodating. Special mention for Anna. Helped us check in, with our luggage to our 3rd floor room and arranged a taxi for us. The room was clean and offered many amenities. Very close to the Louvre, Notre Dame and metro station. Would stay here again.

Awesome and extremely conveniently place, especially if you have a Big Bus 1 or 2 tour… the bus stop is only 5min walk for an easy Hop-in/Hop-off day trip.

We had such a great stay at this property! Absolutely a great choice if you are travelling to Paris. We were a group of 4 and it was a perfect fit, would be great for families. Clean and safe and absolutely perfect location! Just a few minute walk to the Louvre and about ~35 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly. Our group has no complaints overall. One thing I would highlight is that there was no elevator, just stair, so for accessibility this unit would only work for those able to easily maneuver stairs. Would stay here again!

Great location - very central. Louvre, restaurants closeby. Kids loved the duplex with a bunk bed style. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place with kids.
