My son got itchy after being in the room. I see dogs are allowed so I believe there were fleas. Even one is upsetting. The young ladies that cleaned our room were excellent!

It was nice to have a free breakfast and free parking. Room was clean. Definitely an older property showing it's age. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Pool was a big draw to picking this property, but was not inviting enough to draw even my 10 year old into.

A friendly staff, clean as it could be, old and mismatched furniture, very noisy (street cars, people walking by, walking from above). A basic experience, but that was what I paid for.

Pretty good value for the price. The room was clean and was serviced daily. We had events in Cypress, Seal Beach and Long Beach; this location was convenient to all of them. Like most older buildings, there was a fair amount of road/traffic noise.

We stay there all the time. My father. Lives close and it’s convenient.
This was the first time they did not meet our needs. We were there a week.
They never refreshed the towels or toilet paper nor did they come item make. Beds.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly. The rooms were dusty and the blow dryer did not even work.
