We really wished we had more time to stay and enjoy our time at the Quarterdecks Retreat! The set up was lovely - the upstairs had roomy bedrooms and spacious bathrooms, and even a hangout space between them! Downstairs was also a great layout - nice living/dining space, and having an equipped kitchen is something we would have appreciated and used more of if we had had the time.
We arrived quite late at night, so unfortunately it was dark, and had to leave fairly early the next day, but we would definitely like to come back and stay for a longer visit another time! The staff were so wonderful at communicating with us and accommodating our late arrival and early checkout. Thank you, Quarterdecks!

Our stay at the Quarterdecks was lovely. Our apartment was big, clean, comfortable and we could do laundry. Gail and Morris were wonderful and we really enjoyed talking to them to learn about them and Hervey Bay. I definitely recommend staying here!!

Fantastic townhouse.
Late check-in (notified ahead) was not organised and I was met with absolute rudeness until she realised the mistake was not mine - didn’t admit the error just became overly nice after berating me. Onsite manager is letting the place down.

We stayed in a 3beds villa for a night after a whole day out on the sea whale watching and everyone is happy with the villa. Spacious, clean, and feeling extra safe that it’s located in a gated complex.
Staff is so accommodating by providing us with a very easy process for a late check in.
