Friendly staff and good location. Very interesting layout and big, well appointed rooms (Garden view room with patio). Did not eat there, so can't comment on food but breakfast buffet looked very good. Only negatives were: The safe not working and fridge was not cold (but patio was a great fridge in January). The entrance is off a narrow backstreet which does not look great - a big full dumpster and lots of graffiti to pass, but actually a quiet area and very close to the main attractions of old-town.
