When we got there, staff was friendly and helpful. Geoffery was amazing. He even helped us upgrade our room. Food was very good. Hotel was very clean central located and everything was in very good walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in Namba.

Location

The first thing potential guests should know is that if you suffer from allergies, are sensitive to fragrances, or get headaches from scent machines, this hotel may not be a good choice. There is a fragrance diffuser running continuously in the lobby, and there are additional scent machines throughout the hotel. We stayed on the Executive Floor (33rd floor), where another diffuser ran constantly. The artificial fragrance was overwhelming and made our stay less enjoyable. We booked an Executive Floor room with lounge access, but the lounge was another disappointment. The food selection was, in my opinion, below average—I’d rate it about 2 out of 10. The lounge was also far too crowded, with so many guests that some had to be redirected to the main dining room. Breakfast had the same issue. On our final morning, we ate in the main restaurant, and even when we left at 10:00 a.m., there was still a long queue of people waiting for a table. If you’re looking for an authentic Osaka or Japanese hotel experience, this isn’t it. The atmosphere felt more like a large Las Vegas-style hotel than a hotel with local character. One thing that also didn’t make sense was the online pre-check-in process. Before arrival, the hotel sent a link requesting passport information and all of our details, implying that check-in would be quicker. However, when we arrived, we still had to stand in line and complete the check in process.

Honestly one of the best hotels we even stayed. First of all its location! Its just over the Namba station. You get to the 1st floor and here you are - all major tube lines are just here. There also plenty of shopping, eating and walking options: shopping streets, ramen and sushi and Dotonbori is only in 5 minutes walk. The hotel itself is modern, convenient and very well maintained (the only downside that they did not have laundry machines but you can use their laundry service instead). And their breakfast was absolute delight with something new every day. From now on it is out favourite hotel in Osaka

My experience at this hotel was the best I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be going back there.

We enjoyed the breakfast on the 36th floor and it was a great city view. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

오사카에 오면 항상 가는 호텔입니다. 위치 최고!! 수영장도 좋고, 아침 조식도 좋어요~~!! 단지 방안에 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가요. 이건 개선 바랍니다.
