The only inconvenience during our stay was the check-in process. After waiting in the first line to complete the self check-in, I asked a staff member whether I needed to check out in person or if the mobile process would be sufficient. He advised that everything was automatic. However, about three minutes later, I received a text stating that my check-in was not valid and that I needed to visit the front desk for assistance.
I then waited in a second line at the front desk, but when it was my turn, I was told by the associate that I would need to return to the self check-in kiosk, as they were unable to assist me directly. After going back, I encountered the same staff member I had spoken with earlier, explained the situation again, and asked if I needed to wait in line once more. He confirmed that I would need to rejoin the line.
As a result, I had to wait in line three separate times just to complete the check-in process. While the staff was not courteous, the overall experience was inefficient and could benefit from clearer communication and better coordination.
