The hotel is not very well maintained, smelly room, bathroom very dirty, pillows and towels were dirty as well. Overall I regret staying at the hotel location is great because its close to all public transportation and Taipe downtown

This hotel had free parking which was very helpful as we had a car. The parking was right next to the hotel so very easy to access the car from hotel. The breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. Cleanliness was just okay.

This hotel is very old. The room smelled of damp, moldy air and cigarettes. The shower room had no ventilation and did not drain efficiently which made the room constantly humid. Everything in the room was water damaged (assuming from the constant moisture in the air). The floors, walls, furniture…the ceiling was also moldy. The rooms definitely do not match the photos in the listing.

The television was a bit of a problem, but overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and the staff are friendly. Nice big bathtub and hot water.

Bien Convenient location with lots of food options around. Bus station just across the street and customers service is good. Breakfast is limited choice but you can get coffee and tea and orange juice all day long.the down side is . Hotel is very old. Smoking smells all over the hallway and the bathroom is terrible with water all over want take a shower because it’s not curtains to block it.

Room was dirty, bathtub is broken and we almost fell because the carpet is uneven

The hotel was in very bad condition, carpets stained, wall paint falling off, smelled like cigarettes and mold… there was even a hole on my poor, very poorly “fixed”- how this hotel make it on expedia and remained on it is beyond me.

The hotel smelled like smoke, even when I asked for non smoking room. The carpet on hallways were so dirty and stained. Beds really uncomfortable and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. I would not recommend this hotel at all
