We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay in Urayasu. The hotel was spotless, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan. Everything was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort area or Tokyo.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and after long days of exploring Tokyo, it was great to return to a quiet and relaxing room. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort while still enjoying a calmer atmosphere away from the crowds. The shuttle service was very helpful and made transportation easy. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options for both adults and children. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with provided exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay again on our next trip to Japan. We highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay near Tokyo Disney Resort.
