My overall experience at this hotel was okay. However, I would consider it more a strong 3-star property rather than a 5-star property.
During my stay, I encountered an issue involving housekeeping removing a personal belonging. I was able to provide clear evidence to support my claim. Initially, my concern was not handled impartially, as there appeared to be a tendency to side with the housekeeping staff. However, upon reviewing the evidence, the team made efforts to address the matter and offered appropriate accommodation.
I would like to commend the guest relations team and the hotel supervisor, both of whom were courteous and attentive in ensuring that the remainder of my stay was as comfortable and smooth as possible. In general, the hotel was clean and maintained good security standards. However, the breakfast buffet offered limited options and did not stand out as a notable feature of the stay.
