Estupendo Staff very courteous and helping me with luggage transfer to another hotel. Room is adequate as long you don't have large luggage. Bed is comfy, althought pillow a bit firm. Bathroom is clean, bath amenities you can pick up at the lobby. Location very quiet near station. I don't really have time to explore around the hotel but seem close to plenty restaurants. The have laundry room on 2nd floor but only taking cc, i didn't try it thou'.
Overall great stay, if I ever need to travel near shinjuku I probably will consider this hotel again as long the cost still reasonable.

The staff was super helpful. We had forgotten a bag at our previous hotel and they provided the information on how much a parcel would cost and paid for it on delivery and had it waiting for us at the lobby that afternoon. The hotel room was spacious and clean and had all items needed to stay comfortably. It was also centrally located to many places. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is about a 6 minute walk from Yotsuya station which then connects to the Shinjuku or Tokyo stations so it's a great place to stay to be out of the city while still having easy access to the subway. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and we appreciated the complimentary water to refresh us after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to experience a Japanese style breakfast and the staff were good about keeping the food well stocked. Check-in and out were simple and easy, and the staff always greeted us when we came in and wished us a good day when we left. Great hotel to stay in! Thanks for all your hard work!!

Great staff, loved the pizza restaurant that was connected to the lobby. Wasn’t a fan out of the breakfast that they offer but if that’s the worst then I’d say it was a great time!

Fantástico Room was cleaned every day, staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. Hotel wasn’t very large, but as expected and the location was perfect to get around. Absolutely worth the stay.
