Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance of just about everything you could need, including restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. I also appreciated the small kitchenette in the room—it was perfect for preparing a quick meal if needed.
The pool and amenities were some of the best parts of the property. Having filtered water available throughout the hotel was a nice touch, and the bar service was excellent.
The only downside was the customer service during check-in. The staff member assisting me came across as rushed and unfriendly. I noticed that my stay included a complimentary drink, so I asked if I would redeem it at the bar. She replied, “No, you’ll get it here at the desk. We have two choices—what do you want?” The interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming, so I decided to pass on the drink. It also looked like the drinks had been sitting out for quite some time, which didn’t make them very appealing.
Aside from the disappointing check-in experience, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and I would consider staying here again.
