This hotel is cute and we (mostly) had a good stay. The pool area is very nice and calm, and the bartender (forgot to get his name) on Friday and Saturday was great. The seasons cafe is also nice and convenient, including a sitting area. The food is a bit overpriced, but it was at least pretty tasty for pool day snacks and such. We also enjoyed the DJ and Friday and Saturdays in the lobby. It was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the ambience. As for the cons — the second room we reserved did not have air conditioning. We called the desk once and they sent the maintenance man up. He merely looked the thermostat, pressed a button and said it was fixed. It was not fixed, so we called again and no one answered. We eventually had to walk to the front desk and the concierge said he would be up to assist. He came and watched a youtube video before pressing some buttons and saying he “hoped it was fixed,” but that he would call back in 15 mins to make sure. He did not call back and the air was not fixed. It was quite late so we went to bed and came to the front desk the next morning. The concierge (different from night before) said that the hotel was booked up for the weekend but would “move some things around.” We were moved to the main building into a room with AC. My guess is that they put another guest in the hot box room and just hoped they wouldn’t complain as much. Aside from this it was a generally pleasant stay but there’s some room for improvement.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Walter, the bartender at the pool bar was very friendly and caring to all guests. The room and the pool were clean and well maintained. Amazing stay! Very cute and cozy boutique hotel. We will be back again soon!

The property, room, staff, and pool were amazing! It was quiet at the right times and adult fun at the right times. The bartenders and front desk attendants were phenomenal. 4-5pm every day = free cocktails. The food is extremely good as well. If you like burgers you have to try theirs. The rooms are cute and spacious. I will definitely be back.

Very quaint and well kept property

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and super helpful! The room was so nice! The pool and bar were a nice end to a hot day at the beach…there were towel and beach chair available for use at the beach. My daughter and I had a lovely time!

Good room but quite dated hotel which looks pretty tired in places. The happy hour drinks at the pool bar we're a great touch and there is an area with free towels and beach chairs which is very helpful.

A very well maintained hotel, with a really great staff. We asked for a hot pot and a refrigerator, to be brought to our room, within 1/2 hour a nice man came with them, set it up. The pool was really nice and we ate at the Orange Blossom restaurant, while we were there. They serve breakfast in an out-cove, beautiful, otherwise bring a sweater, the restaurant is very cold, but the food was excellent!
