Love staying at the Polynesian. Great value with basic amenities and older style rooms but suits our travel needs. Great location and easy access to shopping, restaurants and transport. Staff always helpful and friendly. We will be staying there again.

Area was nice a staff was great. Room needs a little upgrade, hot water takes a bit, no restroom fan and tv service eh. But not in the room much so not a big deal.

Love this hotel! Don’t buy into the expense resorts near by. This hotel is clean and maintained. They give you beach towels and chairs for the beach for free. It’s located close to Waikiki and everything is a great walking distance.

Pros:
- Location; many shops, restaurants, cafes, and beach are in walking distance
- Staff at front desk, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
- Outside pool offers very cozy feeling
Cons:
Furnishing and furniture could use some updates; drawers of the chest didn't stay closed, uneven floor, etc.
Overall we did enjoy our stay there!

I will be staying with them again.
I can’t say enough about how polite and helpful they all were.
I think the hardest part was trying to figure out where to park to unload. But once that was done everything was in walking distance.
They offer beach towels and chairs for free.
Clean rooms and quiet neighborhood I felt so comfortable walking around at night and so did my daughters.

Hôtel très bien située, tout les accessoires de plages étaient fournis surplace et toujours disponible. personnel très accueillant et advenant. Point à améliorer l odeur persistante d humidité dans les chambres . Un grille pain serait apprécié

I was pleasantly surprised with the Polynesian Residences. The room and bathroom were clean. I would say there again and recommend it to others. The location was perfect. It was right in the center of Waikiki and within walking distance to everything. I can't comment about the parking because we took a taxi. The only thing wrong was one of the night stands had a broken drawer. I don't have little kids or toddlers, but I would be concerned if I did.
