Arrived late to our room, check in was still seem less and the room was excellent. More than we expected.

My second stay here Samantha at reception made sure my check in was so smooth and effective even moving me to a ground floor room which helped me so much as I’m a road trip to sort out my luggage in the car. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked so well on the TV and laptop. Bathroom was more spacious than the room itself and shower had excellent water pressure. A suggestion I love to make is put up some extra hooks on the walls always handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We loved absolutely everything!! From the welcome note with mints, to the pencils and colouring sheets on the kids beds, to the breakfast packs to the coffee machine. Absolutely fantastic they truley thought about everything. Thank you very much next time we will have to stay longer. Absolutely perfect!!

The owner Tom was very helpful with moving our room to a floor level room as trying to carry a lot of heavy suitcases for an international with a toddler at 4am was just not doable for us. And it was no dramas for him to accommodate our family. Loved that it was a young family owning and operating the venue. Definitely would stay again but would book directly through the hotels website for all the correct details. As Wotif states a shuttle bus which is not provided however hotel emailed almost immediately of booking, thankfully. And third party did not state upper and lower level room only access via stairs especially having an international airport around the corner. We were truly grateful for the little chicken coop down the back and little cubby house Mr 3 year old was very impressed. Thank you team!

Need more explanation for guest arriving outside of reception hours, was suppose to get a email with check in instruction but did not come through, rang earlier in the day but no one advise to just contact the after hours team and they would assist

Very clean and neat with very good presentation. Excellent facilities.

Staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a larger apartment. We only stayed one night but the kids were very appreciative not to all be in 1 room. The apartment was spacious, clean & quiet. There was plenty of parking and all the plants & birds made it feel homely.
