Our room was ready early, so we were able to check in straight away. The room was mostly clean. It was nice and cool, the beds were clean and comfortable. The facilities were good, although there was only 1 plug, on one side of the bed. Not two which meant we couldn't both charge our phones overnight.
The staff were excellent and really helpful. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of choices.
My daughter especially liked the pancake machine.
Check out was easy.
I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying for an event at Wembly, even if the prices are really hiked, it's still cheaper than the Hilton. And there was plenty of parking when we arrived at 1.30pm.
