We were greeted by Yana, a delightful young lady who spoke excellent English and explained the functions of the hotel She also recommended lovely restaurants in the close vicinity on our arrival.
Location is perfect and just around the corner from San Babila metro stop which is on the Blue line and only 7 stops from Linate airport. This hotel is also very close to all major attractions and shops and restaurants
It doesn’t serve breakfast but lots of places nearby…. A Nespresso machine in the room with additional croissants etc

Everything was perfect in the hotel and the location was walking distance from the Duomo/Galleria and great shopping streets. Our tv was on the fritz and staff came that evening and the next morning to get it working again. Not a big problem at all cuz who watches tv when in Milan??!!

Location was great, sawdust a quick metro ride from the airport and close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Added bonus having a sauna in the room too.
