Hotel was nice and clean albeit feeling like it was starting to feel a tad old/run down. Overall it was great though. Staff was super kind. Breakfast was great. Location was great for walking around.

There was plenty of variety at breakfast. The rooms have the shutters that make the room completely blacked out which is amazing. The walls and windows also seemed pretty soundproofing. The room was well appointed with free minibar drinks and had a view of the mountains. Parking does cost extra and there was construction on the main road to the hotel no one warned us about. They offer a summer pass that gets you discounts/access to activities in the area but this does NOT include Zugspitze gondolas or busses to the area - keep this in mind. Very close walking distance to the main shopping and eating area of the town.

Great location, super helpful staff… I gave it 5 stars across the board. Not the most modern property, but it exceeded our expectations & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Excellent location, friendly staff, lovely property. They need to provide wash cloths, hand lotion and conditioner. Otherwise it is perfect.

This hotel had a great breakfast. There was a spa/ pool onsite. It was close to the town. Garmisch is a BEAUTIFUL spot - put it on your bucket list.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance from the train station and the centre of town. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and the breakfast is good with a nice selection of food and drinks. The room was large clean and comfortable with a balcony and stunning views of the mountains. Will definitely be booking again soon.

Very pretty, courtyard is wonderful, easy to drive to activities, parking no worries, great breakfast and awesome staff.

An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the cable car and with beautiful centre of Garmisch just around the corner. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the family of three. The room was very well equipped, including free beverage in the fridge (Arolser beer was a particularly good one), Nespresso machine as well as slippers and bathrobes. Selection of food for breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent and delicious - bravo to Chef! The only ideas for improvement are to update the pool area and to reduce the waiting time at the dinner in days of set menu. I would be happy to come back again!

Breakfast was excellent (and recommended by a 17 year old boy). Room was very comfortable and the amenities including the sauna were spotless. Staff we met were very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend.
