Good location and breakfast, but service needs improvement
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The breakfast was one of the highlights — there were plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. The reception team did not seem very professional, which was surprising as they are the first point of contact for guests. I requested extra pillows several times but received no response until I had to speak with the manager. The manager was helpful and arranged a rooftop bar table, but this level of service should be expected without needing repeated requests.
The housekeeping was also below expectations. My room was not cleaned, and I had to ask for towels. It felt like I had to request basic things throughout my stay.
The hotel has great potential because of its location and facilities, but improvements in communication, housekeeping, and front desk service are needed. I would think carefully before booking again.
