Overall, this hotel was nice. There were some things that needed improvement. Upon arrival at 3 PM, which was stated as check in time on my app, we were told that check in time was now 4 PM. I would have not been so annoyed by this had I not been holding a crying baby. We waited in the lobby until 4:15 PM for our room. The manager waived the parking fee for our wait, so that was nice.
The room itself was nothing fancy, but clean. We got the two bedroom suite, which is perfect for my large family. The only complaint was that the bedroom doors had no lock.
My main complaint with this hotel is the breakfast. The eggs were fake and cold. The coffee was literally undrinkable. It was like burnt mud! I would rather have free parking than the free breakfast.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated that. I would stay again since it is one of the few hotels with a two bedroom suite.
