The staff were out of this world. They bent over backwards to make sure we were well cared for. I became sick during our stay and the staff were thoughtful in asking my family about my health and checking in on my recovery the next day.
The room was a bit small, but immaculate.
The breakfast spread was a bit over the top. Every morning we had a literal feast and gladly found that there was something for everyone.
If you are interested in the historic sites, the location is incredible. Easy access to Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cisterns, the Topkapi Palace, and the former hippodrome. Just a few minutes walk to the havaist-11 bus stop for easy access to / from the IST airport. Also close to public transportation to connect to the rest of Istanbul. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, but they are all rather similar so you might want to venture further out to explore the local cuisine.
