Beautiful location. Cabin is spacious facing a lake. Very beautiful. Heated floor, friendly staff. The onsite dinner is outstanding! Great place to see northern light. Unfortunately we did not see one during our stay. The only complaint is hot water in the shower only lasted about 10 minutes then ice cold. The breakfast is limited and dull.

This was our favorite hotel in Iceland. The views are spectacular and the cottages are just beautiful, great design, quality and spacious. The breakfast has definitely room for improvement, the dinner was not so great. (premium ingredients but lacking flavors). The personal was professional and friendly. Thank You for our stay.

Fantástico The individual cabins look like monopoly houses from the outside, but the full wall of windows inside offers a fantastic view of the surrounding area. Inside are modern furnishings. The restaurant in the reception house offered a delicious dinner, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was great.

Delightful property with amazing views out onto lakes, Icelandic ponies and scenery.
Restaurant had great choices allowing guests to choose cheaper options or something a bit more special. I chose a bit more special and it was delicious and well presented.
Staff are friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend.
Our heated towel rail was marked out of order which was a bit disappointing so hope the hotel can get this fixed for next guest.
