Hotel was generally ok. Our check in wasn't the smoothest process (despite arriving a day late) as we were taken to the wrong room. Resulting in a walk back up to the reception whilst they sorted this out. This meant our room wasn't ready and we had to wait around 20 mins for them to prepare it.
Being in the only premium room in the hotel we expected a little extra treatment from the hotel but this wasn't the case. The only difference between this and the other rooms is the private pool- which wasn't that big or deep enough to really enjoy.
There was no turn down service either which we expected for a 4 star hotel. Meaning that you were left with only 4 bottles of water each day to last until the next room clean. If you wanted more this was extra (as per the sign in the mini bar fridge).
Breakfast is basic, with a range of pastries, fruit etc.
Easy to walk to the town - around 15 mins and a 7 eleven pretty much across the road.
Check out process again wasn't smooth, as they forgot which room we were in, making this unnecessarily longer than it should have been.
We were a little disappointed in the price of the room and what we got. Advice if you're thinking of going here - just book a standard room and save your money
