The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were fine. The major issue was the room itself. My room faced the nightclub across the street. If you get one of those rooms, you may have to deal with people outside the club hollering and yelling until around 2 a.m. I had to play rain sounds just to sleep. In my opinion, those rooms are deeply flawed and should either come with a steep discount or a clear warning from the hotel before booking. The staff were okay. They recommended a laundromat when I asked, but compared with similarly priced hotels I stayed at in Prague and Warsaw, the service was not especially friendly or helpful beyond the basics. I would not recommend this place. It is easy to get around Kraków from here, but you are gambling with the possibility of being kept awake by nightclub noise. There are probably better options in Kraków without that risk.

Clean and good style. Room is big and hotel provides dressing gowns and sliders. Spa bath works but would benefit from a deep clean.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was on the top floor. There were no windows as such but 3 velux ceiling windows which could be opened and closed by remote control. The room vas very spacious and contained everything we could ever have wanted. There was air-con but we didn't need it. You could hear the bell from the tower in the square! One of the best rooms that we have stayed in for a long time. The location was excellent: the square was a 120 metre walk and a tram stop a 3 minute walk in the opposite direction. There is a lift to all floors.

Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Small kitchen was a bonus. Would have preferred a basic microwave rather than a coffee machine though. Located very close to the Old Town Square, bars and restaurants. Apartments are situated on a narrow, one way street which was very noisy with vehicles and revellers especially at the weekend.

Great location, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. However, no shower, only a tub. Took a little getting used to, but still a great hotel.

Wonderful suite located just steps from the largest plaza in all of Europe . Breakfast was very good. The area was within walking distance from all that you would want to see. Good high quality restaurants everywhere. Great public trams and Uber was incredibly cheap. Krakow is one of Europe's most charming and culturally beautiful cities. The people are appreciative of your visit to their city and are the friendly . Safe city . Walk anywhere anytime . Aparthotel could not of been a better choice . We stayed six nites . When I return ir will always be here.Thanks to ri the entire staff. Very quiet building despite its central location .Aparthotel and Krakow will always be a cherisshed doe my wife an I.

Great hotel good value great location

The property is located in Old Town. Close to all important sites and restaurants. Beautiful plazas with outdoor dining. The hotel room was spacious with kitchenette in lovely loft. The staff was useful and easy to deal with. Only problem is Uber isn’t allowed to pick up in front about block away. However taxis are allowed but will cost more. I would return.

A lovely and well-priced place. I was in a 4th floor room and it did get quite hot, but there’s AC. Note that it’s also loud late at night because it’s so close to the main square, so those sensitive to noise should look elsewhere. It didn’t bother me but I did have to sleep with white noise.

I can’t really state anything wrong. Price was awesome. Super close to the square and very unique rooms. Staff was on point.
