Poor hotel.
Room serive service was very poor. Alternate days room service was incomplete, and wasn't daily. One day the beds were donde, but they did not left clean towels, other day they left clean towels, but did not make the beds.
The washbasin or handwashin in the bathroom was plugged and did not drain appropriately. The shower was dripping constantly.
All was reported and nothing happened. We were a big group and everybody was pretty disappointed.
The lobby is small and the bar as well.
Very few employees for room service and maintanance.
Goods:
The check-in service was fantastic. Most of the customer service emplyees were great.
The gym is good.
The pool is OK.
In general, I give 2 stars. The price was not cheap either.
