Staff is doing their best and we had good service in the restaurant for breakfast. Management is not seen anywhere and leave front line staff to address all issues. We received a text at 2 pm indicating the restaurant, lounge/bar and room service would not be available for the remainder of the day. We had planned to get a small bite before a tasting trip at 5pm knowing almost all restaurants within the community would be closed at the end of our trip. This was disappointing.
The property overall needs work - sliding door handle broken, sink slow to drain, phone did not work, shower door did not close etc. we reported, but never heard from anyone during our stay.
