First of good things. Best pillows I’ve had in years , traveling around the world. And warmed bathroom floor, just awesome around this time of the year
Bad things, every day, while cleaning crew cleaning rooms the smell in hallways and elevator is unbearable. We had hold our breath and wait until elevators doors are open to jump right out and cough. Not sure what they using but better re evaluate.
Staff really don’t care, a couple times had to wait cuz person was asleep at night and than they weren’t really happy that I asked for help
Room was cleaned twice, both times they forgot to replace water bottle and tea bags
Breakfast way too expensive for food variety and quality, so is parking
I paid extra for this hotel expecting better service, sadly I missed out
