It’s good and the room was cleaned all the time.

Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation.

This place needs condemed and shut down. Worst stay of my life. Some electrical panel doors were rotted off so they replaced with wood? Lots of missing door knobs.Only elevator was down. Pool had a huge mass of hair floating and it was stagnant, dirty, smelly water. Broken tile 8n the pool area was a safety issue, incident waiting to happen. Trash was all over the hallways. There was a condom wrapper in the ramp area both days we were there. Room was okay, but one TV was a bit junky and the railing in the loft was sketchy at best. I cannot over state how nasty the hotel was. Breakfast was stale junk. I had to cancel our stay even though we were booked for 4 days, I could only stomach 2. Do yourself a favor, stay LITERALLY ANYWHERE else. Also got to witness someone being arrested when we first got there and management stuffing towels under the doors on the first floor during a light rain, because water pools up in that hallway and goes under the doors...

Nice off road parking. Pool was closed half of our stay. Elevator was out of order. Room was very clean.

Terrible condition.

The suite was designed nicely but the hotel overall has seen better days. There were broken items, quite a few outlets didn’t work, and while it wasn’t disgusting, it is not the cleanest hotel in the area. Overall it was fine for a couple nights but for the same price you can find a hotel that’s in better shape with more than one or two staff trying to put in effort.

Time to start investing in the property. Plenty of choices, show people you want their business....

This property has seen better days, The only great thing i can say about this Hotel is the bed was very comfortable, the location was in walking distance to all the things downtown has to offer as well as being close to the walking spur in the park and the National Park sign and...The Broken elevator helped me get my steps in every day walking up to the 3rd floor multiple times a day. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the price aligned with the hotel level.

I have stayed at a lot of places in Gatlinburg but this is by far the worse place I have stayed. I highly recommend you skipping this place. The location is great but that is about it. The elevator was broken and they had no idea when it was going to be fixed. We were paced on the 3rd floor with a toddler. The only way you could get your stuff upstairs was an extremely steep ramp that was not worth using. The rooms smelled like mild dew and weed the whole time we were there. There were holes in walls and they just painted over them. The skin was about to fall off. The pool looked so dirty. Almost a brown color. The parking deck was wet due to rain and it was extremely slippery. Holiday inn needs to come in and take this place over and completely over hall it.

Customer service was poor. Not very friendly. You can tell they don’t like their job. One employee smelt like weed
