It was the most terrible experience of our life. We paid more than $700 /night but the place was not even 1*
The room was small, ants crawling and small washroom with no towels. We are both over 65 and hotel was on a mountain. We want a full REFUND.

Por debajo del promedio Extremely disgusting place to stay... We booked a non-smoking room but they put us in a smoking room. I couldn't breathe and felt like I was suffocating in the tiniest hotel room... I did complain, but they said they had no other room available.. The bathroom had a strong smell of a toilet leak... It was so gross and they had an open shower with just a curtain slmost touching the dirty toilet. Never ever stay here!!!! The staff was also terrible and did not speak English..or pretended to.

Bien Having stayed here previously, I had certain expectations based on earlier experiences. On this occasion, the reception service felt less efficient, and the rooms did not appear to have been updated. I share this feedback constructively and in the hope of seeing continued improvement.

I had a great stay at Elaf Ajyad Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Anas,Turki and Abdullah, who were outstanding and always happy to help with anything.The kitchen workers were also very kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Makkah as it’s very close and a buggy from the hotel to take them up and down.

Very dirty, low quality furnished and poorly maintained room.
Very small room with bathroom exceptionally tiny, even by small-room standards.
The bathroom was cramped and poorly designed. The shower curtain constantly clung to me while bathing, and the toilet was placed so close to the wall that there was insufficient legroom, making it impossible to sit comfortably.
