Great location. Check in process was so simple; loved the online check in option because it turned out our room was ready for us before the 4pm check-in time - great when you just get off a 16hr train ride at 11am. Room has everything you need as a tourist who isn't going to be in much anyway. I did miss having a kettle but thought all the storage options like the underbed drawers and space to stow my suitcase under the bed was really handy. Had tried to get some laundry done but there was only one machine and it was in very high demand at the times we were actually at the hotel. There is a laundry mat nearby though.

The hotel is very very basic. My room didn't have a waste bin let alone a wardrobe. Location is very good and if all you need is a room with a decent bed and a shower then it would suit. but if looking for comfort or ease it probably isn't for you.

Staff were very sweet but I had a couple of issues with my room - no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower and the lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night, super annoying.

As an American traveler the laundry service is quite difficult, taking over 6 hours to use the machine - and the end result was disappointing. The clothes were cleaned though.

Lovely 3 night stay, the location is perfect for exploring Stockholm with such a central location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you want a clean mid-range hotel.

It was my first experience at the Scandic Go. It is a great option for a short stay. Close to the station, walkable, good location, quiet.

The hotel has an excellent and central location with Stockholm’s central station close by. The staff is very kind and the rooms are kept clean and well-maintained. Overall very good value for money and best suited for convenient sightseeing trips to Stockholm.

The hotel is close to the main station and shopping street. The room is sufficiently good for a 2-day stay.

Overall, the property is excellent in my opinion for 2-3 days of stay.

Amazing staff and location! Very comfortable beds and large clean room and shower perfect for families. Great choice of snacks & drinks in the lobby, complimentary washer/dryer for guests to use anytime.
