We booked the hotel because of a family emergency and in the rush, made an error with the dates. I accidentally booked for the following week.
When we arrived at the hotel, I explained the error and asked if we could move the dates a week earlier. The hotel refused. We therefore had to pay twice. It was a genuine error but the hotel did not care. All the staff could say was, "Must ask Boss" but nothing ever happened.
Additionally, the condition of the property and is nothing like the pictures. It is a complete misrepresentation. The hotel and rooms were dingy, dirty and with unpleasant odour.
I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all cost.
