One negative and multiple positives. Upon checking the front desk staff ( I believe he said his name was Kane- did not have a name tag on) asked to change the room I asked for since there was a problem in one of the rooms with the king bed. He asked if he can change it to two queen beds. I said no problem as long as it is quiet. He puts me in a room on the second floor right by the elevators and ac vents. Mind you there were 4-5 other people behind me waiting to check in. I could have been given one of those rooms. I go to the room , see the situation and I went down to ask for a change. Now he tells he does not have any other rooms left. I said five minutes ago, there were people behind me checking in, probably got more quieter rooms now you tell me there are no rooms. I could not sleep all night long with the noise, I kept waking up every time that elevator ran.
Other than that the hotel is literally within walking distance, has shuttle as well with nice shuttle drivers.
Breakfast was delicious, and my server was cordial and very pleasant.
Gym has adequate work out machines , I have not used it but the pool looked nice as well
The room is adequate and it was clean.
