Lovely stay for 3nights Welcome bottle of Prosecco in the room Huge big room, having a fridge was great for keeping drinks chilled in the gorgeous weather Change of towels etc every day Bed was super comfy and although we overlooked a busy road, no road noise could be heard breakfast included in price made this hotel super value, great location too Staff friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend 😊

Breakfast was good. Room is clean.

Older moderate hotel in New Town, close to trams and easy walk to Wenceslas and Old Town Squares. Room was comfortable but dated and sparsely furnished. Bathroom was similar. Staff were exceptional, as was the breakfast buffet. Noise was mild as our room faced the front of the hotel on a busy street, but able to sleep without problems. This hotel checked all the “necessary” boxes for a convenient, moderately priced hotel close to transportation and many destinations. Furnishings could be updated (more hangers—-only 5!, an easy chair, TV not on the desk, updated mini-split, update the bathrooms) but functional and clean with great staff and breakfast buffet. Onsite “cafe/bar” seemed not to be functioning during our visit.

We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was very friendly and helped us check in without any issues. On entering our room (302) it was clean and tidy and everything was there as described, everything worked fine for us, if a small gripe the air conditioning was a little noisy, however it kept the room cool and didn’t stop us from sleeping. The shower cubicle was on the small side but the shower worked okay, again a problem for us was the positioning of the on/off-cold/hot tap in the middle of the wall, it was badly positioned as we kept knocking the water off or changing the temperature (could be dangerous if turning to very hot). Maybe a safety button stopping it going very hot and scalding someone. The breakfast wasn’t a full English but we accepted this, there was a hot choice of one type of sausage daily, eggs and vegetables. The rest was cold and of a continental style. Having said this there was plenty and it wouldn’t stop us staying again. Parking was not an issue for us as we used the public transport system. We downloaded the PID app and the cost is very very cheap compared to the UK. Several tram lines and the B metro line were within a three four minute walk of the hotel. I will also say in relation to public transport from the airport to the city and back, it is one of the best and reliable I have come across. We would stay at Hotel Praga 1 again.

Great hotel only a short walk from attractions. Hotel staff very friendly, we were able to check in early which was great. Breakfast was included, rooms very spacious. Would definitely book again

Awesome spot, a quick 10 mins walk to everything. Streetcar is close by that connects to the entire city. Super nice staff and breakfast was solid every morning.

If you travel with a car don’t book this hotel they don’t have parking the staff it’s not helpful at all they gave u some app and u supposed to schedule your parking spot a head of time . I know u get what you pay for we end it up park our car in some mall parking for $55 euro per day and was 30 min walk from the hotel. The other thing it’s the shower it’s so small you hardly move inside . DEFINITELY THIS HOTEL ITS NOT 4 STARS!!!!
