First of all, the good. The hotel is in an excellent location! Right where you want to be in town. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean (read below though) and the room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was good and had a large selection to choose from! Bed was very comfy, the linens soft, and the towels were fluffy!! I had dinner at the bar area and it was really good - i had pork katsu and it was a big portion, well presented in traditional Japanese style and was only $18, including unlimited ice tea!! Oh and the pool was great as well, big, crystal clear.
The not so good; the property is feeling the effects of decreased tourism and or needs a good refurbishment. While it is very clean, there is chipping paint in lots of places, etc. like on exterior walls, the pool bottom, and other places. Despite that, the hotel is well appointed and clean amd friendly.
I will stay here again!
