Excellent apartment hotel. Roomy, comfortable, GREAT A/C, which was needed since we happened to be in London during a heatwave!! We were in the 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment & the extra half bath was wonderful. Clothes washer/dryer combo did the usual great wash & mediocre dry, but having the machine there was incredibly useful since we were staying for one week and then traveling two more weeks. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we felt very safe with a doorman. Great location, in between two underground stations, in a beautiful Kensington area. We highly recommend this place and we would stay there again in a minute.

Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. Each room in our apartment had a separate heating/cooling unit which was a plus. The staff were fantastic (friendly, knowledgeable and responsive).

The location in South Kensington was perfect, close to museums, underground and dining. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The unit clean and well appointed. I enjoyed having a small gym on the premises.I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

Great stay at 130 Queen’s Gate Apartments. The staff was polite and helpful, and the room was oversized and very comfortable. The apartment had a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, plus a combo washer dryer. Wonderful place.
