Hotel Amélie

L'hôtel est bien situé. L'accueil est chaleureux. Il y a un service de 24h en cas de pépin. De plus, le petit déjeuner est offert pour 13 euros. Par contre, plusieurs points sont à travailler : il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort ni d'air climatisé dans la chambre. Il y avait un ventilateur, mais nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit (fin juillet). Il y avait un petit réfrigérateur, mais il n'était pas froid du tout, alors nos boissons n'étaient pas fraiches. Ce qui était intéressant, c'est qu'il y avait un tire-bouchon. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers étaient très étroits, ce qui rendait notre montée au 3e étage plus difficile avec nos sacs à dos de voyage.

Lovely stay near the Eiffel Tower We had a really nice stay at Hôtel Amélie. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, with a grocery store nearby, a few restaurants, and both metro and bus stops close by. The street itself is quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was compact (a full-size suitcase probably wouldn’t fit easily, but our carry-ons were fine), but it made good use of the space with storage under the bed and hangers for clothes. The room and sheets were clean, the shower was nice, and we appreciated having a safety box and a fridge. There’s free water available in the lobby, though we also bought bottles from the nearby grocery store. A couple of small notes: there’s no elevator and no air conditioning (just a small fan). When we checked in around 3 pm the room was quite hot because the shades hadn’t been closed and the fan wasn’t on — it felt a bit like a sauna at first. Once we sorted that out it was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Hôtel Amélie for a convenient, friendly base in a great part of Paris. We visited when the weather was nice (around 26–27°C).

The staff and location was amazing! Very helpful and charming rooms. Great stay in central Paris just be prepared to carry your luggage. Overall lovely people and room!

The staff was extra helpful getting around the city as well as how to get to and from the airport.

The staff was friendly. It would be noted that there isn’t an elevator for people with disabilities. Their stairs are very steep and go in a circle. Super cool if you were expecting them. But 5 flights of those steps did not work for us.

L’emplacement est idéal. Toutefois, la chambre étant au 1er étage, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue.

We had a great stay. The room was clean, and looked exactly as shown in the photos on their website. The staff was the highlight. We interacted with several people working the front desk and all of them were incredibly helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

The room were clean but are so ridiculously small and have no ventilation at all. It was extremely hot so the room was unbearable. I could not breathe. Also no elevator and no amenities at all.
