Generally the hotel was well placed in Berlin with underground nearby and buses local. Breakfast was good, but expensive in comparison to local cafes. The room was comfortable and clean, but in need of an upgrade in decor, eg. the power shower was lovely, but there was no closing door, so potential for flooding.
The staff changed often, some were really helpful, others not, so inconsistent. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, which is very enticeing in the photographs.
Overall, we would stay there again, a good experience.
