The hotel itself was great. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is good. However the parking garage is horrible. The machines barely work to get back in. Constantly had to get a new ticket. Otherwise great place to stay.

Beautiful Cabin! We loved our stay away from Cooperstown! After Baseball it felt good to come to this cozy place! Enjoyed the deck sitting right on the lake!!! Definitely recommend it!!!

Quick weekend stay in Boston and had a great time. Hotel very convenient

This Hampton Inn was on par with others that I've stayed at. It was a relatively cheap option while my wife and I visited my daughter at Northeastern University. The King Suite was helpful as my daughter could stay with us on the sofa bed as needed. The neighborhood is sketchy, but it's no big deal if you are used to East Coast American cities like New York, Philadelphia, or Baltimore. I am from the Philadelphia area so walking around the neighborhood was no big deal. I can imagine it is off-putting if you are from a more rural environment. The complimentary breakfast was very good all three mornings of our stay. There are a McDonalds and a pizza place within a short walk from the hotel. The "New Market" pizza place was much better than I expected and I would recommend the place for a quick meal option. The pool left a little to be desired, but this was just a Hampton Inn, not a Doubletree or a higher tier Hilton hotel. Overall, it was usable and I'm sure kids would like it.

Shower not so great other than that room was nice

The ease of getting to the location, the convenient parking that was reasonably priced, the awesome room, the Cuban restaurant in the hotel had delicious food, just everything. The breakfast needs more choices for non pork and non beef eaters.

The breakfast was excellent every morning. The room was clean & comfortable. The shuttle was great. The price was reasonable. The staff worked with us & gave a refund when we realized our flight left a day earlier than I realized. Thanks for a great stay.

The rooms were clean. They were maintained okay. There was no fan in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The staff was grumpy and mildly helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool was only 3.5 feet so my teens really couldn’t swim and it seemed pointless. The gym was under whelming. The location is not great. Lots of homeless in the area so hard to walk anywhere. Hospital less that a mile away so all night you hear sirens and ambulances. They did provide ear plugs. Lol

Not even a bottle of courtesy water in the room.
