The beach not clean .the restaurant not good service .poor in activities .when was my reservation was a king size they give me 2 beds I don't need 2 beds ...very bad in communication .I never go back .im disappointed ..

Loved it

The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Fairly clean…some mold inside open restaurant was awful. Sadly, Beach was loaded with seaweed and trackers trying to clear it. Overall a decent place for the price, best for young families, shallow splash pools etc.

Would not recommend…I’ve been to multiple resorts throughout Cancun and I can confidently say this resort was my LEAST favorite. The staff was VERY slow and unhelpful for the most part. Workers were unfriendly. Food there was not very good and there was not much variety. They also charge extra on certain amenities which was not disclosed to our knowledge. If you go, make sure you wake up early to save a chair or cabana near the pool, because there is only a limited amount. Games and activities provided were not put together very well. Overall, it is a cheaper resort so you can not expect much but I am unpleased with the quality of the resort.

The staff was awesome! Loads to do! I would definitely recommend this hotel… Also, it was located in the best part of fifth Street! The drinks were great, the food was great, and the location couldn’t be better!

This place is just the right size. It’s super clean and quiet. The staff was very attention to our needs. This includes front desk, waiters and waitresses, plus the room cleaning crews.

I like almost everything about this place, the staff were unbelievable, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and A/C was working perfectly. The beach and the pool was clean, the service by the beach and pool was excellent and the food and drinks were great. I would recommend to have a lounge bar and music at least Friday and Saturday night. I really enjoyed my time there 🙏❤️

I was not like i was expecting it was terrible

Food was mediocre at best-we ended up eating in town versus at the buffet or restaurants.
