We picked this hotel due to our late flight arrival. The convenience to being this close to the airport with an 11pm arrival was the benefit. We paid for the room 7 months in advance. Our flight was delayed twice causing use to not arrive until 130am. Upon arrival we were notified that the hotel had given our room away and they were completely sold out. Leaving us with no where to stay. They denied refunding our money as well. 0/10 experience, Will not be recommending. Have already told 10+ people about our horrible experience,
We did reach out to expedia support and received the most generic message back stating they could not help us out or refund our money.
