Wish the breakfast buffet had more variety than just egg and potato’s and there were moths in the room. There were there when we checked in. They kept coming from the bathroom. I got about 25 with my sandal

Wonderful experience here. Very clean room and good breakfast. This place has good parking space and is accessible to good restaurants nearby.

Parking is paid parking not free! Breakfast was full hot breakfast! Rooms were small! Staff is very rude!! (Except one very nice very helpful manager) Showers have great water pressure! Beds are very firm.

We extended our stay as we only stayed here for a medical procedure and my husband ended up admitted to hospital. As you can imagine tensions were already running high. My daughter my granddaughter and I arrived back to nap. Someone opened our door three separate times waking us each time. Turns out the front desk staff didn’t communicate it to housekeeping and they kept trying to get in. Then someone rudely knocked as loud and as hard as possible on the door waking the baby. Not to mention the whole place smelled like someone was continuously smoking weed in the elevators and on our floor. The rooms are smaller than we are used to but well maintained. The hotel itself was nice but the surrounding area was more ghetto. The showers have amazing water pressure and the heads are high enough for tall people. All the products they supply are Dove brand. The staff were very rude all but the manager I spoke with the day before we checked out. She was kind and said if we smelled the weed again to let her know immediately. Breakfast was decent and a full breakfast not just continental. The apple juice and cranberry were great but the orange juice tastes like feet. Parking is not free. It is $15 a space per night. Needless to say we will be finding other accommodations in the future.

Great customer service. The night security and the kitchen staff were great!

First when we arrived the security came up to us and was smelling of alcohol. Second the reserved room I thought I reserved was not available when we arrived. We stay anyway because we already had other people from our group staying here. The staff was somewhat helpful, but when I asked for where my room was to park in front of it, I was given wrong information. The breakfast was the same Saturday and Sunday morning.

Comfortable room at a fair price - what more could you want? I do wish they hadn't started charging for parking, but it's LA - hard to get away from that anymore.

There were roaches in the room. I killed 2 and left one on the table for their staff as proof. Pool and other amenities were just for face value.
