This stay at the Occidental was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean and felt dirty overall, like housekeeping barely touched it. The amenities were advertised like a benefit but in reality they were a joke and poorly maintained. The room layout/setup didn’t feel right or comfortable, and the bedroom view was a letdown to the point it felt misleading.
On top of that, the room had no drinks or snacks, which is such a basic expectation at a hotel. The bathroom was the final straw: the shower was moldy, visibly grimy, and honestly disgustingly dirty. I spent the whole stay feeling uncomfortable.
This was easily one of the WORST hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d never return.
