A wonderful hotel that offers a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is quiet yet extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway and airport shuttle services.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards, with generous closet space and drawers. I booked a Deluxe Room with Executive Lounge access, which was a lovely addition to the overall experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, and porter service is available to assist with luggage.
There are only two areas that could be improved. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but we could clearly hear babies crying from other rooms at night.
I also believe the Executive Lounge should maintain a quieter, more exclusive atmosphere, particularly during breakfast. Guests often choose and pay extra for lounge access specifically to avoid the noise and crowds of the main dining areas, and allowing babies and very young children somewhat defeats that purpose.
Despite these points, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.
