A little dated but okay for the price. It’s a little out of town and only booked this hotel as it had a pool but when I arrived (May) was told they don’t open the pool until June. This was very annoying given it was the only reason I chose this hotel and this could have been stated somewhere when booking. Also rooms had no working aircon and weather was very hot. Wouldn’t want to be there in August

Wouldn’t recommend, hotel is very outdated, no a/c in rooms and heater was on, temp in my room was 29C despite open window and never fixed despite reporting. Staff at reception and restaurant was rude and no help at all. The rooms smelled bad and toilet, coffee maker and fridge were not working properly. Water at shower was either scorching hot or very cold, was a nightmare trying to shower. Sheets were not changed during our 6 night stay. Location is not convenient, not walkable to any restaurant or store, be ready to spend a lot in taxis. We stayed not to loose our money :( but it was a terrible experience

Only liked the postage was rude would not provide a cup of ice unless we bought something Was not told till last day breakfast we paid for was upstairs in dining room Room decor is old

It was an overnight comfortable stay. Enjoyed a good breakfast and staff was very helpful.

The place is dated. It t looks like not much effort is being put into it

Customer service would not check in early from flight, as a few rooms were already available. Once a hyt couple showed up and wanted to check in they immediately removed the wait. That showed that they do not make hyt people wait, because they would not check in until they felt the urgency to check in a group of hyt men and 1 woman. should not have to wait for hyt people to come in order to be checked in (and not have to wait two more hours). Sadly, as soon as they came they got immediate service and had to wait until they came since was there first. The WiFi is quite poor. Also, they hassled over $7 (fee per day) because went online and rebooked another day with them before leaving to Denmark. When checked out one of the women said it was unnecessary and it could’ve been paid during checked out. It just felt like they did not trust because my look. They definitely made it uncomfortable and gave a hard time for no good reason. If one is bipoc, don’t recommend book here.

Very clean and comfortable. Mybroom nicely spacious.
