Friendly welcome at recent. Clean room good bathroom with ample toiletries and towels. Hotel is good location for exploring Copenhagen and specifically Tivoli Gardens (5 min walk). Will stay here again.

Breakfast good. Room very much in need of upgrade. Room not cleaned at all over 5 day stay.

Fantastic location providing easy access to train station. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast selection was outstanding. Huge selection including gluten free options. Excellent common area, courtyard was very comfortable and we used it several nights. Excellent coffee shop attached to hotel. I would ask next time for an inside courtyard room as street noise was a factor. Typical European type room with small shower and open type concept. We spent little time in our room so size wasn’t a factor. Bed was comfortable, love the individual duvets! They have a locked room for luggage so if arriving early or leaving late they were super accommodating to store luggage securely for us. Location was also wonderful for restaurants. We had take out many nights, after long days, and ate in the courtyard. The hotel was overall a fantastic pick. A little tired but clean and suited all of our needs. The staff were a definite bonus as they were excellent!! Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We loved the location, right in the middle of town and walkable to all shops. Breakfast was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

A good stay, staff friendly and helpful. Dietary requirements were dealt with easily at breakfast. The main issue was noise from the street. It was all night every night. Even with the windows closed it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was good

Excellent location. Fabulous breakfast buffet including great “free from” selection. Helpful staff. My only “even better if” would be for there to be tea / coffee making facilities in the room

Excellent location, only minutes from the central railway station. Nice breakfast (a usual feature of Scandic hotels!). Reception staff were friendly and helpful (though on check-out we were charged double for having breakfast on one day - when we noticed this we returned to the hotel and this was rectified immediately). Room was small and basic (perfectly adequate for us, but worth knowing). Minus points were no bath mat, there were two single duvets on the bed rather than one larger one, and we found the pillows to be uncomfortable. Would rate as good overall.

Telhe reception was friendly and kind! The hotel room was clean and had a wonderful layout for a one king room. Upon checkout they held onto my baggage so I may continue to look around the city. Plus they are right by the train station. Perfect location!
