I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room felt very dated and lacked the cleanliness one would expect. It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable.
Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction.
I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could be a much more pleasant experience for guests.
