- During the check in the manager told us that we need to pay extra for the kids. (we already paid all inclusive for 2 adults and 2 kid).
- During our stay on Saturday while relaxing at the pool around 3PM they decided to cut the grass and make lot of notice for 1-2 hours, we are in vacation to relax not to hear lawn mowers.
- We paid extra for room with Pool view, to get a room with the view at the construction site ( one of the restaurant were updated), because when you book a room this is what you want, also sending a sorry note that make up for ruing your vacation or for charging for a pool view room and not delivering.
- On a 5 night vacation we got every day a sorry note in the room about different noise that were to happen.
- Restaurant empty, no reservation they told us they can accommodate us in 2 hours. The restaurant was empty.
- The all inclusive is verry strange and make your clients uncomfortable when you always need to sign receipts not knowing is the item is covered or not by your all inclusive package.
- 5 start hotel were the entertainment was 0 (just a couple of activities like the pool foam party)
- for two days hotel employees the grind and make noise at the kids pool to install a gate that they end up not installing, again noise and more noise because this is what you need in your vacation when trying to relax - noise.
