we have stayed here a number of times and always rated it highly. Shame this time that we had really noisy neighbours, not shouting etc but running around above us until the early hours. We did ask to move but was advised this wasn't possible. Check in chap was very helpful in saying if it happened again the security would come, however I don't think having active kids it would seem up till 2 am is an security issue its just we like to go to bed at 11/12 ish.
Other than that we enjoyed the stay. Powe cut on last night so no WIFI I guess outside the hotels control.
