The property has shown a lack of integrity and has destroyed client trust. I was unable to check in due to an accident that occurred within 24 hours of arrival. I reached out to the property for assistance — at first, they were polite and advised me to contact the booking channel. However, when I followed their guidance, my request was rejected, and I was charged in full.
This experience demonstrated no empathy, no customer service, and no act of kindness during a difficult situation. I plan to visit Zurich again, but certainly not at this hotel.
