Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, but housekeeping did forget to replenish some of the in‑room products. Once I called the front desk, they restocked everything without an issue. One thing to note is that the complimentary water bottles provided at check‑in are not replenished —you’ll need to purchase any additional water or drinks.
The breakfast was tasty, though it’s the same selection every day. The bar and restaurant served great food as well, but the service can feel a bit overwhelmed when there are large groups, which slows things down.
The pool is beautiful, and the rest of the hotel is consistently clean and well maintained.
The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful!
Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was very enjoyable.
